Who We Are

Fresh Beginning Behavioral Health Services is a nonprofit outpatient mental-health clinic dedicated to supporting the emotional wellbeing of individuals and families throughout Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. We provide compassionate, client-centered therapy designed to help people heal, grow, and regain balance in their lives. Established in 2023, Fresh Beginning helps individuals, families, and communities improve their quality of life. Fresh Beginning is licensed and accredited by the State of Pennsylvania to provide prevention and outpatient treatment services for mental health concerns facing individuals. Services include assessments, outpatient treatment/counseling for mental health, co-occurring diagnosis, prevention, connection to community resources, education and referral for other needed services. Outpatient mental health services are offered to individuals in Clearfield, Centre, Blair, Cameron, Elk, Jefferson, McKean and surrounding counties.

Fresh Beginning Behavior Health Services was started to address the needs of mental health and substance abuse concerns facing rural Pennsylvania. We want to help you find the care for you.

Fresh Beginning Behavioral Health Services bridges the gaps in treatment providing individuals and families with their “Fresh Beginning”

We are here to improve access, prevention, treatment, and recovery support services available to our community. We provide compassionate, experienced care from individual counseling to arranging treatment.

We are located in the Target Square complex on the Clearfield Curwensville Highway. The facility is between the DaVita Dialysis and The Bridge Church Services buildings.
